中职师资培训的方式方法很多,任务驱动法是最有效的方法之一。本文结合胡锦超职业技术学校实际,探讨了用信息化建设任务驱动促使教师自我发展的具体实践过程及成效。
There are many ways to train secondary vocational teachers, and task-driven approach is one of the most effective methods. Combining the reality of HuJin-chao vocational technical school, this paper discusses the concrete practice process and effect of using teacher-teacher self-development driven by task of informatization construction.
