目的 :探讨内镜下单纯采用尼龙圈套扎治疗消化道巨大息肉的价值。方法 :对 48例直径大于 3cm的消化道巨大息肉 ,2 8例通过内镜活检钳道插入尼龙圈套扎装置 ,套扎息肉基底使其坏死后自行脱落 ,2 0例行高频电凝切除。结果 :套扎方法比切除组织损伤小 ,发生腹痛、出血、溃疡率均明显少于切除组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :内镜下单纯尼龙圈套扎治疗消化道巨大息肉 ,方法简单、安全、疗效较好
Objective: To investigate the value of using nylon ring ligation in the treatment of giant polyps in the digestive tract under endoscopy. Methods: Forty-eight cases of giant polyp of digestive tract with a diameter of more than 3 cm were enrolled. Twenty-eight cases were inserted into the nylon loop ligation device through endoscopic biopsy forceps. Results: Ligation method had less damage than resection tissue, abdominal pain, bleeding and ulcer rate were significantly less than those in resection group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Endoscopic simple nylon ring ligation treatment of giant polyps in the digestive tract, the method is simple, safe, good effect
