“五段互动式”培训是宝安区近三年推出的一种新的教学模式,一经推出,就受到了教育届业内人士的热烈追捧。去年暑假,满怀着期待的心情,我参加了宝安区2011年暑假小学英语五段式互动培训宝安中学会场的培训,这次的“五段式互动培训”也遵照了以往的培训基本模式,分成了专家讲座、骨干教师授课、同行辩课和研修反思三个阶段。这次的培训活动围绕着“小学英语课堂操练的有效性”这个主题展开。
