为了研究酸碱胁迫对人参不定根中皂苷含量的影响,不定根在反应器中培养30 d后进行酸碱处理的结果,酸碱处理可提高不定根中皂苷含量。用酸和碱处理后皂苷最高含量出现的时期不同,酸处理后的第5天人参皂苷质量分数达最高(14.0 mg·g-1DW),而碱处理在第7天出现皂苷质量分数的最高值(14.1 mg·g-1DW)。对不定根中皂苷进行组织化学定位的研究表明,不定根组织中皂苷的颜色呈现出浅红到深红的颜色变化,皂苷主要积累于中柱细胞。
In order to study the effect of acid-base stress on saponin content in adventitious roots of ginseng, the results of acid-base treatment after adventitious roots were cultured in the reactor for 30 days, acid-base treatment can increase the saponin content in adventitious roots. The highest content of saponin after treated with acid and alkali appeared in different periods, the highest content of ginsenoside (14.0 mg · g-1DW) on the fifth day after acid treatment, while the highest value of saponin quality appeared on the seventh day (14.1 mg · g-1DW). The study of histochemical localization of adventitious root saponin showed that the color of saponin in adventitious root tissue showed a color change from light red to dark red, and the saponin mainly accumulated in the mid-column cells.
