[目的]研究黄粉虫虫粉对白僵菌生长的影响。[方法]利用黄粉虫幼虫作为添加物,添加到PDA培养基中,制成4、2、1、0.5、0.25、0.125、0.0625g/100ml7个浓度,以不加虫体的培养基为对照,对白僵菌菌株的生长速度、孢子萌发率、菌丝直径、产孢时间、产孢量和POD酶活性等指标进行测定。[结果]PDA培养基中添加黄粉虫幼虫能提高白僵菌的生长速度、孢子萌发率、产孢时间、产孢量和POD酶活性,但是对孢子大小及菌丝直径影响较小。通过综合评价筛选,添加量为4g的培养基上白僵菌生长最优,各项指标都有明显的优势。[结论]该研究可为应用黄粉虫培养白僵菌的研究提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of Tenebrio molitor powder on the growth of Beauveria bassiana. [Method] Tenebrio molitor larvae were added as additives to PDA medium to make 7 concentrations of 4, 2, 1, 0.5, 0.25, 0.125 and 0.0625 g / 100ml, The growth of Beauveria bassiana strains, spore germination rate, mycelium diameter, sporulation time, sporulation and POD activity were measured. [Result] The growth of Beauveria bassiana, spore germination rate, sporulation time, sporulation and POD activity were increased in PDA medium supplemented with Tenebrio molitor larvae, but had little effect on the spore size and mycelium diameter. Through comprehensive evaluation and screening, Beauveria bassiana grows optimally on the medium with 4g addition, and each index has obvious advantages. [Conclusion] This study may provide the basis for the research on the application of Tenebrio molitor to culture Beauveria bassiana.
