目的：比较三维慢速牵引与平面牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的优缺点。方法：三维慢速牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症78例与平面牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症78例相比较。结果：三维慢速牵引治疗组有效率94．87％，平面牵引治疗组有效率占89．74％，说明三维慢速牵引治疗效果优于平面牵引治疗效果。
