小檗胺是从小檗科小檗属某些植物中分离得到的一种双苄基异喹啉生物硷.这类植物中含有多种生物硷。小檗胺具有升高白细胞,降低血压等作用,已用于临床。卫生研究所用于治疗大鼠实验性矽肺看到有一定的抑制矽肺进展作用。我们于1977年5月与北京矿务局职工医院职业病科共同治疗9例煤矽肺,现将观察一年的结果报告如下:

Berbamine with increased white blood cells, lower blood pressure and other effects, has been used in clinical. Health Institute for the treatment of experimental silicosis in rats to see a certain degree of inhibition of the progress of silicosis. In May 1977, we co-treated 9 cases of coal silicosis with the Department of Occupational Diseases, Beijing Mines Staff and Workers Hospital. The results of the observation for one year are reported as follows:
