近年来,广西在基层选拔任用党政领导干部方面做了大量的探索,取得了可喜的成绩。2009年,根据《广西公开选拔优秀乡镇党委书记担任自治区直属机关副处级领导职务简章》规定,选拔出30名乡镇党委书记担任自治区直属机关副处级领导职务;2010年,广西面向全区公选100名优秀乡镇(街道)党委书记担任区市副处级领导职务,其中30名担任自治区直属机关副处级领导职务、70名担任设区市直属机关副处级领导
In recent years, Guangxi has done a great deal of exploration in selecting and appraising leading cadres at the grass-roots level and has made gratifying achievements. In 2009, according to the stipulations of “Guangxi’s Openly Selecting Outstanding Township Party Committee Secretary to Serve as the Leading Position of Deputy Autonomous Region Deputy Directorate”, 30 township Party committee secretaries were elected as the deputy department-level leaders of autonomous regions directly under the autonomous region.
