阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)发现至今已有百年,而现有临床药物并不能逆转其病情恶化,亟待研发新的药物和治疗方式。大量基础研究表明:弱激光治疗(Low-level laser therapy,LLLT)可通过多种途径调控神经元功能,减少老年斑(Senile plaques,SP),挽救AD小鼠受损的记忆。此外,临床研究表明LLLT能提高AD患者的记忆与生活自理能力。国外学者研发了远红外(1 072 nm)激光治疗仪,并逐步应用于AD的治疗。笔者发现630 nm高能红光(High-energy red light,HERL)对APP/PSI-转基因小鼠损伤的记忆有显著的挽救作用,这为临床研发HERL的护脑仪及治疗AD提供了理论基础。
Alzheimer’s disease (Alzheimer’s disease, AD) has been found for a hundred years, and the existing clinical drug does not reverse the deterioration of its condition, the urgent need to develop new drugs and treatment. A large number of basic research shows that low-level laser therapy (LLLT) can regulate neuronal function in many ways, reduce the senile plaques (SP), and rescue the impaired memory of AD mice. In addition, clinical studies have shown that LLLT can improve AD patients with memory and self-care ability. Foreign scholars have developed far infrared (1072 nm) laser therapeutic apparatus, and gradually applied to the treatment of AD. The author found that 630 nm high-energy red light (HERL) has a significant salvage effect on the memory impairment of APP / PSI-transgenic mice, which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical development of HERL brain protection instrument and treatment of AD.
