本文结合在PC/XT上实现的高血压鉴别诊断专家系统HEDDS讨论了在微型计算机上建造医学专家系统时所要考虑的一些问題,提出了一种比较适合于疾病诊断的产生式规则与框架结构相结合的知识表达方法和正反向混合推理策略,并在分析著名的医学专家系统MYCIN不精确推理算法的基础上提出了一种易于在微型计算机上实现的简便有效的不精确推理算法。
In this paper, HEDDS, a Hypertension Differential Diagnosis Expert System implemented on PC / XT, discusses some issues to be considered when building a medical expert system on a microcomputer. A new generation rule and frame structure suitable for disease diagnosis Combined with knowledge representation method and forward / backward hybrid reasoning strategy, and based on the analysis of famous medical expert system MYCIN inaccurate reasoning algorithm, a simple and effective inaccurate reasoning algorithm which is easy to implement in microcomputer is proposed.
