目的:了解我院抗菌药物的应用现状及合理性。方法:对我院2005年1～8月份出院病历进行随机抽查,并按预先设计好的调查表逐项填写,最后进行统计分析。结果:我院抗菌药的总体使用率为72.17%,其中联合用药占40.96%,平均用药天数为7.98天;围手术期抗菌药的应用率为100%,其中术前预防用药占22.06%,术中用药的为2.94%,术后预防用药占75.00%,预防性应用抗菌药平均用药天数为7天;细菌培养率为9.04%。结论:我院抗菌药的应用率偏高,且大多凭经验用药,不重视细菌培养及药敏实验,围手术期抗菌药的合理应用还需进一步加强。
Objective: To understand the status quo and rationality of antibacterials in our hospital. Methods: The hospital from January to August 2005 discharged randomly selected medical records, and pre-designed questionnaire to fill in one by one, the final statistical analysis. Results: The overall use rate of antibacterials in our hospital was 72.17%, of which 40.96% were combined drugs and the average medication days were 7.98 days. The application rate of perioperative antibacterials was 100%, among them 22.06% Medication in 2.94%, postoperative prophylaxis accounted for 75.00%, prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs for an average of 7 days; bacterial culture rate was 9.04%. Conclusion: The application rate of antibacterials in our hospital is high, and most of them are empirically administered. The bacterial culture and drug susceptibility tests are not taken into account. The rational application of perioperative antibacterials needs to be further strengthened.
