目的对湖州市2010-2013年甲状腺癌新发病例进行分析,描述湖州市甲状腺癌流行状况和趋势,为甲状腺癌的防控提供参考依据。方法利用浙江省慢性病监测系统收集数据,采用2010年1月1日-2013年12月31日年浙江省湖州市户籍人口甲状腺癌新发病例进行统计分析。结果 2010-2013年,湖州市累计报告甲状腺癌发病1 353例,男性287例,女性1 066例;平均发病率12.70/10万(男性5.34/10万,女性20.18/10万),中国人口标化发病率为12.41/10万(男性5.21/10万,女性19.74/10万)。男女性甲状腺癌发病率比为1∶3.79,经Z检验,Z=2.91,P<0.05。4年间,甲状腺癌发病率逐年上升;且湖州市各县区发病率水平不一,吴兴区平均发病率最高,安吉县最低;甲状腺癌发病年龄均在15岁之后,随年龄增长,发病率升高,至50~59岁年龄段,达到发病高峰,60岁以后,发病率逐渐下降。男女性别间,发病率随年龄变化趋势相似。结论湖州市甲状腺癌发病水平快速增长,已严重威胁人群健康,尤其女性,采取积极有效的防控措施是当务之急。
Objective To analyze the recent cases of thyroid cancer in Huzhou City from 2010 to 2013, and to describe the prevalence and trend of thyroid cancer in Huzhou City and provide reference for the prevention and control of thyroid cancer. Methods Chronic disease surveillance system in Zhejiang Province was used to collect the data, and the new cases of thyroid cancer from the registered permanent residents in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2013 were analyzed statistically. Results From 2010 to 2013, a total of 1 353 cases of thyroid cancer were reported in Huzhou City, including 287 males and 1066 females. The average incidence was 12.70 / 100 000 (5.34 / 100,000 males and 20.18 / females) The incidence was 12.41 / 100,000 (5.21 / 100,000 males and 19.74 / 100,000 females). The incidence of thyroid cancer in men and women was 1: 3.79, Z = 2.91, P <0.05. The incidence of thyroid cancer increased year by year. The incidence of thyroid cancer in Huzhou was different from that in other counties, The highest rate, the lowest in Anji County; the age of onset of thyroid cancer are 15 years old, with age, the incidence rate increased to 50 to 59 years of age, reached the peak incidence, 60 years of age, the incidence decreased. Between men and women, the incidence rate with age trends similar. Conclusions The rapid increase of thyroid cancer incidence in Huzhou City has seriously threatened the health of the population, especially for women. It is imperative to adopt active and effective prevention and control measures.
