目的调查我院外科系统Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物应用现状,探讨提高围手术期抗菌药物合理应用的方法。方法抽取我院2008年1月—2009年12月240例Ⅰ类切口手术病例,对围手术期抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果 240份病例抗菌药物使用率为98.8%,所用品种集中在阿洛西林钠、呋布西林钠、头孢唑啉钠、左氧氟沙星、头孢替安、头孢呋辛等;存在用药指证不强、手术时机不当、术后用药疗程长、品种选择欠妥、联合用药不当等不合理用药现象。结论医院应进一步规范Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用,制订合理的评价标准,促进合理用药。
Objective To investigate the application status of class Ⅰ incision surgical antibacterials in surgical system in our hospital and to explore ways to improve the rational application of antibacterials in perioperative period. Methods A total of 240 cases of incision type Ⅰ incision in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The antibacterial drug use rate in 240 cases was 98.8%. The varieties used were azlocillin sodium, furazolidoline sodium, cefazolin sodium, levofloxacin, cefotiam, cefuroxime, etc. Improper, long course of treatment after drug use, improper selection of varieties, improper combination of drugs and other irrational drug use phenomenon. Conclusion The hospital should further standardize the use of Class I incision surgery antibiotics to formulate reasonable evaluation criteria and promote the rational use of drugs.
