男女性各2例。年龄51～68岁,平均53岁。其中3例有糖尿病史2～7年,1例无糖尿病史,2例有高血压病史。4例均因突发复视,1～5天就诊。2例伴额部及病侧眼眶痛。查体3例不完全性动眼神经麻痹。1例外展神经麻痹。其余神经系统检查未见异常。空腹血糖7.8～16.2mmol/L。3例作头颅增强
Male and female each 2 cases. Age 51 ~ 68 years old, average 53 years old. Three of them had a history of diabetes of 2-7 years, one had no history of diabetes and two had history of hypertension. 4 cases were due to sudden diplopia, 1 to 5 days treatment. 2 cases accompanied by the Ministry and the side of the orbital pain.
