Venezuelan spending habits are: the same time using several cell phones, throw away after 7 months, for a new one. In Venezuela, the growth rate of the telecommunications industry is second only to that of the petroleum industry, which now accounts for 3.5% of the national GDP. The country’s mobile communications market is fiercely competitive, and mobile phones have become essential items for people’s lives with an average change rate of 7 months. Due to the high cost of inter-network calls, many people apply for registering mobile numbers to multiple operators at the same time and use 2-3 mobile phones at the same time. As a result, although mobile communications penetration is high, its development potential is still high and the market is unevenly distributed with continued strong demand.
