A mathematic model of optimal design of binary non-ideal solution distillation was established.The objective of this model was to take annual total cost of distillation system (including distillation tower, overhead condenser and bottom reboiler) The measures to ensure the stability of the algorithm and the fast convergence speed are put forward.Examples show that the optimal design parameters of continuous rectification of binary nonideal solution
