在现代社会主义市场经济条件下,有艺术设计专业的高等院校在对学生思想政治教育工作中,如果没有可操作性的激励机制,是很难达到思想政治教育效果的。只有积极探索和建立学校学生思想政治教育工作激励机制,才能使思想政治教育工作实现良性发展。
Under the conditions of the modern socialist market economy, colleges and universities with art design major can hardly achieve the effect of ideological and political education in their ideological and political education work without the operable incentive mechanism. Only by actively exploring and establishing the incentive mechanism for ideological and political education in school students can the ideological and political education work achieve a benign development.
