电真空器件的可靠性快速评价方法应贯串在器件整个寿命周期的各个阶段:在研究设计阶段奠定器件的可靠性基础、在生产阶段作可靠性保证、在使用阶段维持可靠性。 1.在研究设计阶段,应规定电真空器件的可靠性等级。这取决于其用途:用于地面电子设备、机载或舰载电子设备还是航天星载电子设备上。应采用标准真空器件和器件结构部件的可靠性(余度设计技术)快速评价方法。按真空器件的结构分类有: ①真空外壳(密封封接);②能量引出线;③阴极—预热部件;④集电极 2.在生产阶段: a)应采用在如下不稳定因素作用下器件设计—工艺余度快速检查(评价)方法: ①电负载;②温度作用(热、冷);③机械负载(振动、冲击)
