在我国的教学发展中,作为法学专业中的基础性理论课程之一,中国法律思想史有着极为重要的作用,学生学习中法律思想史可以传承我国历史法律思想遗产,满足时代发展的需求。但是由于受到传统教学模式的影响,使学生在学习上往往还存在一定的问题,因此教师就必须要及时更新教学方法,引导学生进行实践教学,提高学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。基于此本文针对中国法律思想史课程教学模式的改革研究进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
In our teaching development, as one of the basic theoretical courses in law major, the history of Chinese legal thought plays an extremely important role. The history of legal thought in student learning can inherit the legacy of Chinese legal history and meet the needs of the development of the times. However, due to the influence of the traditional teaching mode, there are still some problems in the students ’learning. Therefore, the teachers must update the teaching methods timely, guide the students to practice teaching, enhance the students’ interest in learning and help students develop good learning habit. Based on this, this article gives a brief introduction to the reform of the teaching mode of China’s legal history of thought, and puts forward some personal opinions for reference purposes only.
