本文介绍应用顺铂加金葡液胸腔注射治疗胸水取得了较好效果,但用药1～3个月可引起患者用药侧胸廓有不同程度的缩窄,对其原因进行了探讨。
This article describes the application of cisplatin plus gold intrathoracic injection of pleural effusion to achieve good results, but the use of drugs for 1 to 3 months can cause patients with different side of the chest thoracic narrowing, its causes were discussed.
