汞能造成环境污染,对人体健康有很大威胁。近年西安污灌区农作物中汞的含量己经明显增高,为了搞清其危害程度,1981—1982年我们对该区的土壤和小麦中的含汞量进行了研究。测定方法在西安郊区200多平方公里内,选有代表性的样点53个,南郊代表非污灌区,东、西、北郊代表污灌区,将污灌区和非污灌区所采样品进行比较,对小麦生长有关的空气、水肥和土壤进行调查。分批采集样品分析研究小麦根、茎、叶和籽粒中汞的吸收和积累状况。用YYG-77型冷原子荧光测汞仪测汞,仪器的检出极限5×10~(-11)克/毫升,回收率90—100%。
