1980-1984年研究了印尼农家品种柏拉玛地选系对玉米大斑病的抗性遗传。结果表明:选系带有一对抗玉米大斑病的显性基因,使植株在抽雄期以前表现为无病斑的表型。这个基因与Ht1,Ht2、Ht3基因是独立遗传的、并对它们具有显性上位作用,当它与Ht1、(Ht2或Ht3)基因存在于同一个体中时,无病斑抗性会抑制褪绿病斑表型的表达。等位性测验结果表明,它与HtN基因可能是同一基因,也可能是等位基因,在本试验中未观察到两基因间的交换。这个选系可作为HtN基因的另一来源利用,由它分离的抗病基因可称为HtNB。
In 1980-1984, the genetic inheritance of resistance to maize leaf spot in Indonesia was studied. The results showed that the selection system had a dominant gene that was resistant to the maize leaf spot, which made the plant appear as a disease-free phenotype before tasseling. This gene is independently inherited from the Ht1, Ht2, and Ht3 genes and has a dominant epigenetic effect on them. When it is present in the same individual as the Ht1, (Ht2 or Ht3) gene, disease-free resistance inhibits chlorotic Spot phenotype expression. Allelism test results show that it may be the same gene with the HtN gene may also be alleles, in this experiment did not observe the exchange of the two genes. This line of selection can be used as another source of HtN genes, and the disease-resistant gene isolated by it can be called HtNB.
