创刊于1946年的《中国营养学杂志》是《营养学报》前身,由于战乱等原因停刊。1956年《营养学报》创刊,中间历经停刊磨难后又复刊重生。在主办单位中国营养学会和军事医学科学院卫生学环境医学研究所的领导下,近年来学报信息量逐年攀升,论著发表周期日渐缩短,期刊质量也不断提高。为了配合学会完成重大任务或重点工作,学报还增设了“膳食营养素参考摄入量”、“膳食指南”、“庆祝中国营养学会成立70周年”等专栏,积
Founded in 1946, “Chinese Journal of Nutrition” is the predecessor of “Nutrition Journal”, due to war and other reasons ceased publication. 1956 “Nutrition Journal” start publication, the middle of the stop publication after the resurgence of rehabilitation. Under the leadership of the organizers China Nutrition Society and Institute of Hygiene and Environmental Medicine of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, the volume of journal information has been increasing year by year. The publication period has been shortened and the quality of periodicals has also been continuously improved. In order to cooperate with the society to accomplish major tasks or key tasks, the journal also added columns such as “Reference Nutrients for Dietary Nutrients”, “Dietary Guidelines”, and “Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese Nutrition Society”
