本文应用人工神经网络方法,以经济指标为衡准,在考虑了航线的船型、港口装卸效率等因素后,对我国煤炭海运系统中的主要航线运量分配方案最优化进行了讨论,为国家有关决策部门制订合理发展我国煤炭海运计划提供了理论依据。此外本文还对该方法的应用提出了一些改进措施,以使其更适用于大系统的规划分析和处理多目标优化问题。
In this paper, the artificial neural network method is adopted and the economic indicators are taken as the standard. After taking into account factors such as the type of the shipping line and the loading and unloading capacity of the port, the optimization of the distribution plan for the main routes in China’s coal shipping system is discussed. Decision-making departments to formulate a reasonable development of China’s coal shipping plan provides a theoretical basis. In addition, this paper also put forward some improvements to the application of this method to make it more suitable for planning and analyzing large-scale systems and dealing with multi-objective optimization problems.
