利用外资对中国对外开放政策和建设中国特色社会主义的影响不可忽视。特别是国际金融危机后,对我国利用外资提出了新的更高的要求。本文透过中国利用外资的战略意义,从机遇和挑战两方面剖析了中国利用外资存在的问题,并提出相应的应对措施,做出战略选择。
The impact of using foreign capital on China’s policy of opening to the outside world and building socialism with Chinese characteristics can not be ignored. Especially after the international financial crisis, new and higher requirements have been put forward on the use of foreign investment by our country. Based on the strategic significance of China’s use of foreign capital, this paper analyzes the existing problems of China’s utilization of foreign capital from the aspects of opportunity and challenge, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to make strategic choices.
