Objective To investigate the correlation and significance of leptin, serum bilirubin, serum lipids and Hs-CRP levels in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Ninety-eight patients with coronary heart disease were selected, including 56 patients with angina pectoris and 42 patients with myocardial infarction. Thirty patients in normal control group were selected as the control group. The levels of leptin, serum bilirubin, lipids and high sensitivity C-reactive protein Hs-CRP) levels. Results Compared with the control group, leptin, serum bilirubin, blood lipid and Hs-CRP levels in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Leptin, serum bilirubin, The level is higher than the angina group. Conclusion The changes of serum leptin, serum bilirubin, blood lipid and Hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease have important clinical value in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
