自1972年以来,结合山区的建设任务,我们在使用现浇式钢筋混凝土板肋基础的经济的基础上。经过不断实践,反复研究,逐步开展成为目前的半装配式板肋基础,并在较短的时间内得到了迅速的发展。据初步统计,二年多来,仅四川地区已在十多个工程、约三万多平方米的工业厂房中得到推广应用,受到有关设计、施工人员的欢迎。根据调查与我们的经验,目前设计中常采用的半装配式板肋基础型,用于小型基础的为“一字肋”或“十字肋”(图1α、b);用于中、大型基础的为“井字肋”或“米字肋”(图1c、d)。从大量工程实践和试验研究中表明,这些基础具有如下优点:缩短基础施工工期;节省建筑材料,降
Since 1972, in conjunction with the construction tasks in the mountains, we have used the economics of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab rib foundations. After continuous practice and repeated research, it gradually developed into the current semi-prepared ribbed foundation and achieved rapid development within a short period of time. According to preliminary statistics, in the past two years or more, only the Sichuan region has been promoted and applied in more than a dozen projects and about 30,000 square meters of industrial plants, and is welcomed by design and construction personnel.
