采用叶碟法与点滴法 ,就瑞香狼毒 (StellerachameajasmeL .)根乙醇提取物 (简称SCEE)对菜粉蝶 (PierisrapaeL .)不同龄期幼虫的拒食作用的AFC5 0 (拒食中浓度 )的值进行了测定。结果表明 :SCEE对菜粉蝶幼虫具有很强的拒食作用 ;用SCEE点滴昆虫后 ,菜粉蝶幼虫取食量减少。SCEE对菜粉蝶 3、4、5龄幼虫 2 4h选择性拒食作用与非选择性拒食作用的AFC5 0 值分别为 16 .18、40 .0 1、15 3 .90 μg/ml,2 6 .2 0、88.6 4、381.2 8μg/ml。用 2 5 μg/头的SCEE点滴菜粉蝶 5龄幼虫 2 4h后非选择性拒食率为 5 6 .0 7%。
