近年来,学术评价及学术期刊评价问题受到前所未有的关注,其核心是学术评价及学术期刊评价的标准问题,焦点是“影响因子”。目前在中国各种学术评价中发挥作用的,几乎都是以各种数据为基本依据而制定的评价标准。在数据标准中“影响因子”是关键。以此作为评价标准,表面上看非常科学,非常严谨,其实质可能是最简单、最粗暴、最不科学、最不符合学术研究规律的。笔者之所以这样说,还得认清“影响因子”是何方“神圣”。且看《中国学术期刊影响因子年报》,这个年报实际就是一系列期刊数据排行榜。其中,“期刊综合统计源”
