我很高兴参加财政科研工作会议。昨天财政学会开幕式上丙乾老部长给我们作了重要的讲话,明天怀诚部长还要作重要讲话,财政科研战线的同志们要认真学习、深刻领会,围绕他们的报告和提出的问题、交待的任务,积极开展科研工作,努力取得丰硕成果。今天在学习他们讲话的基础上谈一点个人体会,目的是进一步做好财政科研工作。

Today, on the basis of studying their speeches, I talk about my personal experiences with the aim of further conducting the financial and scientific research.
