为了加速湿地松(Pinus elliottii Engelm.)苗木繁殖,湖北荆州地区林科所于1973年开始以短枝进行水培育苗,经过不断改进,目前生根率已达80—90%,突破了生产难关。本文试就其水培过程中愈伤组织及不定根的形成作细胞组织学的探讨。一、材料及方法样品由荆州地区林科所提供,方法为采取1—2年生湿地松苗木上的当年生短枝(叶束),以锋利刀片切平短枝基部,每50根扎成一小捆,经沙藏一周后,以100ppm或200ppm的萘乙酸水溶液浸泡基部一昼夜,再置于盛有50毫升基本培养液的玻璃容器中(基本培养液配方:硼酸50ppm,维生素B_1,硝酸铵20ppm),在塑料棚温室内温度控制在18—28℃
