目的观察得力生注射液配合TP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床综合获益。方法联合组50例患者接受得力生注射液配合TP方案治疗,对照组48例单用TP方案;两组均以21d为1个周期,重复3个周期。结果联合组和对照组的有效率分别为52%和45.8%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生活质量改善率分别为84%和%52.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组主要毒副作用发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论得力生注射液联合TP方案对进展非小细胞肺癌有效,对临床症状的改善,提高生存质量和减轻毒副作用均有较好的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical benefits of Tellus injection combined with TP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 50 patients in the combined group received Telisheng injection in combination with TP regimen, and 48 in the control group received TP regimen alone. Both groups were given one cycle of 21 days and repeated three cycles. Results The effective rates of the combined group and the control group were 52% and 45.8% respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The improvement rates of the quality of life were 84% and 52.1% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of major toxicities in the combination group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Tellus injection combined with TP regimen is effective in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer and improving clinical symptoms, improving quality of life and alleviating toxic and side effects.
