随着世界经济的不断发展,企业作为最主要的市场主体,已经显现出越来越重要的地位。对企业的研究,从实践到理论也在不断丰富。在这种不断发展的大趋势下,企业的内部管理和风险控制也一步一步跃居主要地位,与企业几乎是唇亡齿寒的关系。本文,主要对我国目前大部分企业在风险管理和内部控制上的缺陷与不足进行详细的论述,从而全面的分析我国企业应该如何树立这种意识,采取何种措施来加强自身内部控制和风险管理体系
With the continuous development of the world economy, as the main market players, enterprises have shown an increasingly important position. Research on enterprises, from practice to theory, is also continuously enriched. In this ever-evolving megatrend, the internal management and risk control of enterprises are gradually taking the lead in the main step, which is almost an affair with the enterprises. This article mainly discusses the defects and shortcomings of most enterprises in our country on risk management and internal control so as to analyze in a comprehensive way how Chinese enterprises should establish such awareness and what measures should be taken to strengthen their own internal control and risk management system
