随着人类基因治疗的不断发展和研究领域的日益扩大,肿瘤基因治疗已经发展成为一个独立的研究分支,其在肿瘤治疗中的作用也越来越受到人们的关注。该综述以逆转录病毒一包装细胞系统为例,阐述了目前被共认为比较高效适用的肿瘤基因治疗的基因转移方法,并且介绍了目前在发达国家已被批准用于临床的肿瘤基因治疗的方法,如基因调节的肿瘤细胞和 TIL 细胞等方法,以及这些治疗方法的应用所取得的疗效。该综述还简要总结了膀胱癌基因变化的特点和复杂性,并对膀胱癌基因治疗的最新研究成果进行了综述。
