铁道部科技局、机务局和机车车辆工业总公司于1986年5月16日在天津联合召开了“TDM型调速器电子模拟试验台”铁道部部级技术鉴定会。参加鉴定会的单位有中国船舶工业总公司711研究所,大连、戚墅堰机车车辆工厂,北京二七机车工厂,资阳内燃机车工厂,天津机车车辆机械工厂,天津、北京、武昌南、三棵树机务段及研制单位铁道部大连内燃机车研究所等11个单位20多位代表。会议由科技局主持。
Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Bureau, Bureau of Machine Building and Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Corporation on May 16, 1986 jointly held in Tianjin, “TDM-type governor electronic simulation test bench” Ministry of Railways ministerial technical appraisal. The units participating in the appraisal meeting are China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation 711 Institute, Dalian, Qishuyan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Plant, Beijing Erqi Locomotive Factory, Ziyang Diesel Locomotive Factory, Tianjin Locomotive and Rolling Stock Plant, Tianjin, Beijing, Wuchang South and Sanke Shuji Section and development unit Ministry of Railways Dalian Diesel Locomotive Research Institute and other 11 units more than 20 representatives. The meeting was chaired by the Technology Bureau.
