我厂工厂设计原来没有铁屑处理设施,在零件加工中所产生的大量铁屑及边角余料无法处理外运,不但给生产管理工作造成一定的困难,更重要的是影响了国家废钢铁的回收。 最初,我厂靠人工打捆包装铁屑,以解决运输问题。这种方法由于工效低,劳动强度大,打成的捆疏松和体积庞大,不能满足我厂生产的需要。 去年,我们学习了兄弟厂的一种新的铁屑处理方法。即铁屑在一定的条件下,靠烧损铁屑中的硫、磷及部分铁元素在剧烈氧化过程中所放出的热量烧结铁屑,用机械方法热压成块。在吸取兄弟单位经验的基础上,我们遵照伟大领袖毛主席“人类总得不断地总结经验,有所发现,有所发明,有所创造,有所前进”的教导,在厂党委和革委会的正确领导下,高举“鞍钢宪法”的光辉旗帜,大搞技术革新和技术革命的群众运动,成立了以工人为主体的“三结合”小组,经过反复试验,多次改进,初步掌握了铁屑 I plant the original design of the factory did not scrap iron processing facilities in the processing of parts produced a lot of scrap iron and edge can not handle the handling of Sinotrans, not only to the production management has caused some difficulties, more importantly, affected the national scrap iron Recycling.
