美国的精英比较有活力,给人一种生机勃勃的感觉,因为他们更注重全面发展,更注重训练。反观国内精英,大多比较文弱,缺乏朝气,口号、程式,大话、空话很多,行动力、执行力却比较差。各种原因当然很多,其中重要之一是国内的精英培养机制有问题。在这方面,我们应该好好地研究一下美国培养精英的做法。如果我们对精英培养机制和培养内容不重视,中国要实现真正的崛起,难度是很大的。
