在污染事故造成农作物损失的赔偿上,我们曾用科学的评估方法,使一起事故得到公正的解决。受害程度和减产率分为三个等级: 一级,重度受害地块。春玉米绝大部分叶片干枯,顶部萎缩,失去生长力,造成绝收,减产率为100%。二级,中度受害地块。夏玉米下部叶片枯死,上部萌生新叶(调查时间在事故后第9天),苗弱,加强管理可形成部分产量,减产率为50%。三级,轻度受害地块。麦垄点种的夏玉米,小麦已成熟,因离污染源较远,玉米苗色发黄,生长势较弱,减产率为30%。
In compensation for crop losses caused by pollution incidents, we have used scientific assessment methods to bring an incident to a fair resolution.
