一、前言计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW—ComputerSupported Cooperative Work)是一门由计算机科学、系统工程、心理学和社会学等多个学科综合而成的新的交叉学科。CSCW为在时空上分散的人们提供了一个“面对面”和“你见即我见”WYSIWIS的协同工作环境,支持多个时间上分离、空间上分布而工作又相互依赖的协作成员的协同工作,使计算机系统从传统的只能提高个体工作效率变为能提高群体工作效率,因而受到日益广泛的重视。CSCW技术主要是研究如何利用计算机技术、多媒体技术和网络通信技术,支持工作群体成员在共享环境下的协同工作、交互协商、分工合作、共同完成某些任务。它
