目的：探讨别嘌醇对心力衰竭伴高尿酸血症患者心房颤动的影响。方法选取2013年12月~2015年12月在我科住院的心力衰竭伴高尿酸血症中心房颤动患者100例,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予标准化治疗,试验组在对照组基础上+别嘌醇(0.3 g/d),观察患者尿酸、BNP、左室射血分数、心功能、心房纤颤发作次数等指标变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗组血尿酸水平明显降低,BNP、左室射血分数及心功能明显改善,同时心房颤动发生次数减少,且差异显著,具有统计学意义差异有统计学意(﹤0.05)。结论别嘌醇可减少心力衰竭伴高尿酸血症患者心房颤动的发生。“,”Objective To investigate the effect of allopurinol on atrial fibrillation of the patients with heart failure complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods 100 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation in heart failure complicated with hyperuricemia,who had been hospitalized in our department from decemer 2013 to decemer 2015,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received the standard therapy, while the treatment group received allopurinol (0.3g/d) therapy additionally on the basis of the standard therapy.to observe the change of the uric acid、BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction、cardiac function and atrial fibrillation in two groups.Results Compared with control group,the serum uric acid was obviously decreased, BNP、left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac function was improved,while atrial fibrillation was decreased in the treatment group ( <0.05).Conclusion Allopurinol can reduce the episodes of the atrial fibrillation in patients with heart failure complicated with hyperuricemia.
