为了解决目前我国煤矿井下水仓清理效率低、劳动强度大等问题,通过分析我国清仓机械技术的现状,提出一种新型水仓清理设备——MQC-75型清仓机的设计方案。本文介绍了该清仓机的工作原理、结构特点以及使用情况。其井下工业性试验及使用表明,该清仓机使用维护简单,适用性强,清仓效率高,基本解决了清理井下水仓的技术难题,实现了煤矿水仓清理机械化。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and labor intensity of underground water storage in coal mines in our country, a new type of water tank cleaning equipment - the design of MQC-75 type clearing machine is proposed by analyzing the status quo of China’s clearance machinery technology. This article describes the working principle of clearing machine, structural characteristics and usage. The downhole industrial test and its use show that the clearing machine is easy to use and maintain, has strong applicability and high clearing efficiency, and basically solves the technical problem of cleaning underground water storage tanks, and realizes the mechanical cleaning of water storage bunkers in coal mines.
