自2013年6月国务院常务会议提出设立民营银行后,全国各地掀起了民营银行申报的热潮。近日,首批五家民营银行试点方案确定,试点采取共同发起人制度,每个试点银行至少有两个发起人。参与试点的民营企业包括阿里巴巴、万向、腾讯等10家企业,将分别在天津、上海、浙江、广东开展试点。放开民间资本进入银行业,是2014年银行业的一大重要变革,会为银行业进一步走向市场、使金融市场资源更加平等起到重要的推动作用。
Since the State Council’s executive meeting proposed the establishment of a private bank in June 2013, there has been a boom in the declaration of private banks across the country. Recently, the pilot schemes for the first batch of five private banks were finalized and the co-sponsor system was piloted. Each pilot bank has at least two promoters. The private enterprises participating in the pilot include 10 enterprises such as Alibaba, Wanxiang and Tencent, which will carry out pilot projects in Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Guangdong respectively. The release of private capital into the banking sector is a major change in the banking industry in 2014, which will play an important role in pushing the banking sector further into the market and making financial market resources more equal.
