目的了解芜湖市托幼机构儿童健康状况,为更好的开展托幼机构卫生保健工作提供依据。方法收集汇总分析芜湖市各县区托幼机构儿童健康检查统计年报表。结果芜湖市2015年城市托幼机构儿童低体重和生长迟缓检出率低于农村,消瘦和肥胖检出率高于农村;城市托幼机构儿童贫血患病率低于农村;城市托幼机构儿童视力不良患病率和龋齿患病率高于农村,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论芜湖市托幼机构儿童健康水平处于正常水平,还应加强托幼机构卫生保健管理,从多方面入手保障儿童健康成长。
Objective To understand the health status of children in kindergartens and nurseries in Wuhu City and provide the basis for better carrying out health care in nurseries. Methods To collect and analyze the statistical reports of child health checkups of nurseries in counties and districts in Wuhu City. Results The detection rates of low birth weight and growth retardation in urban kindergartens in 2015 in Wuhu city were lower than those in rural areas, and the detection rates of weight loss and obesity were higher than those in rural areas. The prevalence of anemia among urban child-care institutions was lower than that in rural areas. The prevalence of poor vision and dental caries were higher in rural areas than in rural areas, with significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusions Children’s health in kindergartens and nurseries in Wuhu City is at a normal level. Health care management in kindergartens and nurseries should also be strengthened to ensure the healthy growth of children in many aspects.
