国家实施深化集体林权制度改革,从根本上消除了制约林业发展的体制性障碍,充分调动了广大林农的造林积极性。在林业生产中选择正确的发展模式,降低成本,提高效益,直接关系到广大林农的切身利益,也关系到林业能否又好又快发展。
The state’s implementation of deepening the reform of the collective forest tenure system fundamentally eliminated the institutional obstacles restricting the development of forestry and fully aroused the enthusiasm of the majority of forest farmers in afforestation. Choosing the correct mode of development in forestry production, reducing costs and improving efficiency are directly related to the vital interests of the vast number of forest farmers and the sound and rapid development of forestry.
