秸秆属于生物质能源中材料中的重要部分,而河南省作为农业大省,农业经济是河南省农村农民经济收入的主要来源,然而,农业经济的发展下却不免来自生物质资源方面的不当利用。本文针对河南省秸秆资源的不当,主要指秸秆的焚烧,利用博弈论思想、经验统计思想等,基于“道德人”的假设,结合“经济人”的经济学假设,系统地分析了秸秆的价值,秸秆焚烧对空气质量的影响,且此部分主要研究焚烧对空气质量pm2.5的影响,最后,针对治理秸秆资源的不当利用提出环境经济方面的相关对策。
Straw is an important part of biomass energy, while Henan Province is a major agricultural province. Agricultural economy is the main source of income of rural farmers in Henan Province. However, under the development of agricultural economy, improper utilization of biomass resources . This article aims at the improper straw resources in Henan Province, mainly refers to the straw burning, the use of game theory, the idea of empirical statistics, based on the “moral man” hypothesis, “economic man ” economic hypothesis, a systematic analysis The impact of straw burning on the air quality, and this part mainly studies the impact of incineration on the pm2.5 of air quality. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the environment and economy in the light of the improper utilization of straw resources.
