各县、区人民政府,市政府各委、办、局: 市政府同意市物资局所修订的《西安市废金属回收管理办法》,现转发给你们,请依照执行。一九七八年市革发30号文件转发的《西安市金属回收管理暂行办法》同时废止。为了加强全市废金属回收管理工作,市人民政府同意成立“西安市金属回收管理办公室”,由市计委领导。办公室主任由市计委副主任常春楼同志兼任,副主任由市物资局副局长张子民和市金属回收公司副经理林连村同志兼任。办公室日常工作由市金属回收公司承担。
