《教师法》颁布以来,教育界千浪选起,社会各界反响强烈。实施《教师法》政府有责,社会有责。就教育内部而言,教育行政管理部门和学校校长,面临许多无法回避的实际问题。一校之长,是否具有法律意识,是否真正尊重教师,确是法律实践的必要前提。 记者选择著名的黄冈中学校长作为采访对象,并非因为该校名声在外。通过这篇采访札记,读者可清楚地看到该校之所以出成就出人才的本质原因。跨世纪的中国教育要有法可依,但有法并非万事大吉。本刊编辑部期望抛砖引玉,欢迎教育工作者在实践中努力探索。
Since the promulgation of the “Teacher Law,” thousands of waves have been selected by the education sector, and all sectors of society have responded strongly. The implementation of the “Teacher Act” is the responsibility of the government and the social responsibility. As far as education is concerned, education administration departments and school principals face many practical problems that cannot be avoided. Whether the length of a school has legal consciousness and whether it truly respects teachers is a necessary prerequisite for legal practice. The reporter chose the famous Huang Gangzhong school principal as an interview subject, not because the school is famous. Through this interview, readers can clearly see the reason why the school has accomplished the essence of talent. Cross-century Chinese education must have laws to follow, but laws are not everything. The editorial department of the journal hopes to initiate a study and welcome educators to explore in practice.
