随着制度经济学派的兴起,理论界开始重视对制度的研究,并已有大量的学术成果问世。然而,对于目前学术界所广为接受的制度定义,应从新的视角,通过对制度进行多层次分析,对前人所下的制度定义进行适当的补充和修正;并应从制度的执行力、人类的发展历程和交易过程三个方面对制度的本质进行探讨。
With the rise of institutional economics, theorists began to attach importance to the study of the system, and a great deal of academic achievements have come out. However, for the currently accepted definition of the system in academia, we should make a multi-level analysis of the system from a new perspective and make appropriate supplements and amendments to the system definition of the predecessors.
