本研究表明:大黄提取物对ToMV粒体具有钝化作用,但在电镜下没有观察到在形态、长度方面与对照的差异;大黄提取物使接种心叶烟叶片上枯斑直径比对照减小了21.9%;接种前喷施大黄提取物的植株过氧化物酶(PO)活性比对照高,接种后,处理株的PO活性第12天达到高峰,而对照的最高峰比处理提前6d;接种ToMV前处理的番茄与对照相比,新增1条PO同工酶酶带,接种后,虽然处理与对照都增加2条高迁移率(Rf=0.826,0.867)同工酶酶带,但处理株出现的晚;经大黄提取物处理的番茄植株与清水处理的植株相比,PR蛋白总带数相同,但处理的各带强度高于对照。
This study showed that Rhubarb extract had passivation effect on ToMV granule, but no difference in morphology and length was observed under electron microscope. Rhubarb extract decreased the diameter of the lesion on leaf of Tobacco leaf discarded compared with the control 21.9%, respectively. The activity of peroxidase (PO) in plants pretreated with Rhubarb before inoculation was higher than that in the control. After inoculated, the activity of PO in the treated plants reached the peak on the 12th day, Compared with the control, one tomato isozyme with PO isozyme was treated with ToMV pretreatment. After inoculation, two high mobility (Rf = 0.826,0.867) isoenzymes Enzyme band, but the treated plant appeared late; rhubarb extract treated tomato plants compared with the water-treated plants, the total number of PR protein bands, but the strength of the treated band is higher than the control.
