现代旅游的发展,使得旅游越来越成为一种体验,本文从影响旅游体验的先在性因素——旅游期望和现实的游客满意度出发,通过对游客旅游体验的分析,进而阐述旅游体验设计中应遵循的原则。以期对旅游业的进一步发展提供借鉴。
